At Triana Studio, every photography session tells a unique story. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we invite you to read the following booking terms.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once the quotation has been accepted and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been received.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quotation or agreement provided before the session.

Rescheduling or cancellation

If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, your session may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date.

Late arrival

To respect the schedule of all booked sessions, late arrival may result in a shorter photography session.

During the session

Clients agree to provide accurate information to help us prepare for the session. For newborn and children's sessions, their comfort, well-being and safety will always remain our highest priority.

Image selection and delivery

The photographs delivered are carefully selected and edited according to the studio's artistic style. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Copyright

All photographs remain protected by copyright law. Images may not be reproduced, altered or used commercially without prior written permission. Clients receive a personal-use licence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio and image use

No photographs will be published on our website, portfolio or social media without the client's permission whenever such authorization is required.

Force majeure

Triana Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or the inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, illness or other unforeseen events.
